Welcome to the Coachella Valley

Community Overview

The Coachella Valley is one of the fastest growing regions in California because of its vibrant, entrepreneurial business climate and its international acclaim as a tourism destination -- a picture postcard-perfect lifestyle oasis of snowcapped mountains, manicured golf courses and celebrated 350 days of sunshine.

Business Overview

Sunny weather, affordable land, affordable homes in every price range, new commercial construction, universities, a growing, trained workforce, international airport and convenient freeway distribution access, and an incomparable lifestyle are just a few reasons why the Coachella Valley is the target relocation place. Companies like Global Sports, a golf equipment importing firm and Ernie Ball, the world's best-known guitar maker, moved to the Coachella Valley for just some of those reasons.

Quality of Life

Welcome to the Coachella Valley, where the quality of life -- from a median temperature of 72 degrees to 350 days of sunny blue skies is a natural resource.

With more than 121 golf courses in play or under construction, the Coachella Valley is known as the "golf capital of the world." Recreational activities abound, from tennis to hiking to hot air ballooning to off-road jeeping to the Living Desert Zoo and Botanical Gardens, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and the internationally televised Pacific Life Open Tennis Masters at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
